		<description>Great insights and wisdom in this post. Over-reaching is definitely a killer...it&#039;s just a simple with an online model to start a new project/product/branch instead of just spreading your current team or resources too thin.

I also have to agree with your thoughts on pricing. By raising prices you can not only raise perceived value, but in some cases (depending on where you are to begin with) an increase in price can actually increase sales. A price increase doesn&#039;t always directly lead to a decrease in sales...</description>

And immediately afterward I would add setting unrealistic goals or setting goals that are way too easy.

You need a way to evaluate if you are being successful.</description>

You would be surprised to hear that most people wouldn&#039;t mind paying a couple extra bucks in exchange for a great business to customer relationship. The initial conversation, the sale, and the follow up..if you are friendly and help out the customer in every way instead of just being a sales guy trying to make his quota, your business will see great results!</description>
