Turn Your Handwriting Into A Free Font : FontCapture

September 3rd, 2009 Posted in Resources

FontCapture is a useful and free online tool which is specially developed to Create a font from your own handwriting. Presently the site is in beta version and the service is all free. Converting your own handwriting into a font with FontCapture is real easy with the help of a printer and scanner.

Three simple steps required are:

  • download font template PDF & print
  • fill it with your handwriting
  • scan & upload it to Fontcapture

The fonts you create using fontcapture can be used on both Windows and Mac computers. I found the site interesting and hope it will be useful for you guys out there.
