Here is a list of 40 beautiful music related websites. I found that these sites expressed the creativity of music in their web design. The sites range from music providers to the websites of popular musicians. Some of the sites are simple but tasteful, others are bright and experimental. Thanks for the list…..I’m building a site for a local band and had thought a WordPress theme or CMS template was the way to go until I saw how beautifully Flash can be integrated w/o sacrificing functionality. Journey and REO Speedwagon have websites???………maybe I’m not that old…

Flash looks nice but does not always load nice plus iPhone user miss out.

Nice list. I see most of these websites are built on Flash. While that is great for well-established bands, lesser known bands should I guess spend some time optimizing their websites so that they become more findable on the internet.
